How to create your Shopify app affiliate program?

This guide will walk you through the entire process of creating your affiliate program for your Shopify app with Appsify.

You can register here to Appsify if you haven't already

• Create your first app affiliate program

  1. Login to Appsify owner dashboard

  2. Go to "Applications" from the side menu, and click "add new application"

     

  3. Fill in your app details, including, app name, description, logo etc..

     And add your affiliate program conditions, affiliate commissions, payment approval days and cookie valid time.

     Choose "Shopify tracking"

     

  4. Shopify tracking - add your Shopify app details
     

     • Shopify store link - your Shopify app market listing URL.

       
       
       

     • Partner ID - Log in to your Shopify partner admin dashboard, go to "settings" and you can find the partner ID number inside the "account information" section.

       
       

       
       
       
       

     • Your app ID - Navigate to your app in the partner admin dashboard, and copy the app ID from the URL. (screenshot below)

       
       

     • Partners API Client Access Token.

       1. To get the client access token,
          

          • Log in to your Partner admin dashboard/settings
            and click the "Manage partner api clients"

     
     

     • Click the "Create API client" button
       
       Give it a name, and add permission to "view financials" and "Manage apps" (screenshot below)
       
       When done copy the access token and paste it to Appsify field "Partners API Client Access Token"

       
       
       

  5. When you done, click the "save application"
